PFJ Präzision GmbH was founded in March 2010 by Franziska Polz and her brother Jens Polz. We make products for our customers on 5-axis CNC milling machines. Franziska Polz has been the sole managing director of PFJ Präzision GmbH since 2014.

We machine workpieces on state-of-the-art CNC milling centers.
Our employees are given specialized basic and advanced training on 5-axis CNC machines.

We have been a company certified under DIN ISO 9001:2008 since we were founded in 2010.

We use CAD/CAM systems on PCs for designing and to program the machines.

The quality of finished parts is checked before they leave our premises. We use a modern measuring station and a high-quality CNC measuring machine to ensure that we meet the requirements of our customers as precisely as possible
Our QM officer supervises the quality of parts, which is our top priority.

• 2007: successfully completed an apprenticeship to become a cutting machine operator using FR milling technology
• Worked as shift leader and programmer / setter on 5-axis milling machines
• Advanced training on a CNC measuring machine
• Training course to become a quality management officer
• Qualified as master precision engineering mechanic in 2011
• Managing director of PFJ-Präzision GmbH since it was founded in 2010
